No Signal Checklist overview
No Signal Checklist is an English guide built around common modem indicators, hybrid connectivity, and practical troubleshooting steps.
PLDT modem information often highlights newer hybrid devices that combine fiber and LTE (commonly described as Always On) so connectivity can continue when fiber is unavailable.
Start with the modem indicators: ensure the WiFi / 2.4G / 5G lights are blinking or steady green. This typically indicates wireless is enabled and operating.
If there is no light on WiFi / 2.4G / 5G, try turning WiFi on by pressing the WiFi button located on the side of the modem, then wait a moment for the lights to return.
If connection problems continue, follow a structured flow: indicators → WiFi button → power-cycle/reboot → login/settings checks → support troubleshooting guide.
Step-by-step checks
- Confirm WiFi / 2.4G / 5G lights are blinking or steady green.
- If lights are off, press the side WiFi button once.
- Power-cycle the modem (off 10 seconds, then on).
- Re-check cables and try a second device to isolate device vs modem.
- Log in to router settings if needed and verify WiFi is enabled.
